December class and workshop schedule(NOTE: NO classes on Christmas Eve (Dec 24) or Christmas Day (Dec 25) or New Year’s Eve (Dec 31):
Below is a list of the December classes. Choose from a 30-minute class which is perfect when your time to practice is short or your budget is limited, or the longer 60-minute class where you can enjoy extra stretching and relaxation. You can also attend a 60-minute hybrid yoga class (limited to 4 in-person students) or attend the hybrid class via Zoom. Mix and match which works best for you, and we will get the paperwork started for you. Customized class packages are also available for a specific month with any combination of 60-minute or 30-minute classes. Just let us know which classes you would like to attend by sending an email to moonfloweryoga@optimum.net. We will reserve your spot for you. Payment would be through PayPal, and we will send you a separate PayPal invoice for the activities you would like to attend. You do NOT need a PayPal account; they accept all major credit cards. PayPal will send you a receipt for your class purchase.
Sunday:
Beginner Yoga with Nancy at 9:45 AM (60-minute HYBRID yoga class)- featured class for December!
Moonflower Yoga Book Club Annual Pot Luck luncheon on Sunday, December 14th starting at 1:30 PM. Join us for this fun in-studio event! Scroll further down in this email for additional details.
Monday:
Evening Yin Yoga Stretch with Rose at 6 PM (30-minute online class). – featured class for December!
Relax and De-Stress with Guided Meditation with Rosanne at 7 PM (30-minute online class). Relax while comfortably seated or reclining in your home! This class is a great way to de-stress and have a peaceful evening. NO experience needed. – featured class for December!
Tuesday:
Morning Meditation and Movement with Vicky at 9:30 AM (30-minute online class)
Chair Yoga with Nancy at 12 noon (60-minute HYBRID yoga class) – featured class for December!
Candlelight Restorative Yoga with Nancy at 7 PM (60-minute in-person only class limited to two individuals). Available on December 9 and 23.
Evening of Guided Meditation and Relaxation with Bhante (60-min monthly workshop event) on Tuesday, December 16th at 7:15 PM.
Wednesday (NO classes on Christmas Eve, Dec 24 or New Year’s Eve Dec 31):
Yin Yoga Stretch with Rose at 10 AM (30-minute online class) (December 3, 10, 17) – featured class for December!
Yoga Nidra evening with Jackie on December 17th at 8 PM. Great way to relax and have a peaceful night’s sleep!
Unwind and Relax with Restorative Yoga and Poetry with Rose on Wednesday, Dec 3 at 7 PM. Join us for this lovely and relaxing event!
Thursday (Dec 4, 11, 18) NO classes Christmas Day, Dec 25:
Stretch and Flow with Nancy at 9:45 AM (60-minute hybrid yoga class)
